Description: This farm contains 141.325 total acres. There are approximately 125 acres in cultivation. The remaining acres are part of the old railroad tracks. The farm is approximately ¼ mile wide and 1 mile long. The property narrows from west to east along the railroad tracks. This is strong producing soil that has very little slope.

Water: There is one electric submergible well on the west end of the property. It is a three inch pipe with a 20 HP motor. It is in good condition and considered to be a strong producing well. It has not been metered, but the Seller believes it is producing 175-200 gallons per minute.
