Location: SE of Plainview Texas, 2 miles east of FM 789 and FM 2883, then 3/10 mile south on CR EE to NW corner of property.

Legal Description: Part of Section 9, Block N, AB 937, out of the NW/4, Hale County Texas, (to be described in a pending new survey) and containing 75 acres more or less.

Description: This is a nice little 75 acre tract of land in east central Hale County. Excellent access is provided by County Road EE on the west boundary. It is currently enrolled in the USDA CRP program through 9/30/2020. There are 75 +/- acres enrolled in the program with a payment rate of $40.13. The annual payment will be $3,009.00. There is an irrigation well on the land with a turbine pump and gear head. There is also an undetermined amount of underground tile and a stand pipe. The grass is in excellent condition. If a Buyer decides to leave the property in the CRP program, a watering device for wildlife will need to be installed.
