This additional well could be leased for a 4 or 5 year period. The 2 wells, along with the leased well will operate one sprinkler at 300 gallons per minute. (Both sprinklers are nozzled at 300 gallons per minute)  Call Johnny for details. Another option would be bringing 3 phase electricity from the south boundary to the 2 wells and sprinklers. This distance would be approximately ¼ mile. Consider the substantial amount of depreciation on these improvements.
