Kim Street is a graduate of Kress High School and earned her Real Estate License in March 2001 and in October of 2004 acquired her Brokers license. Kim and her husband, Johnny, opened their own company, Street Real Estate, in January of 2005. Kim is very involved in the Plainview Association of Realtors. She was named to the Board of Directors in 2002, was vice-president in 2003, president in 2004, board member in 2005 & 2008, 2009 and served as secretary for 2006 & 2007. She was also awarded the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 2004.
Kim has extensive experience in residential sales where her combined attention to detail, professionalism and honesty have been her assets. She loves working with people and enjoys every opportunity to help her customers and clients to find that "Dream Home" or to help them to sell their property for top dollar. Kim is also a member of the Plainview Country Club, where she was elected to the Board of Directors for 2005-2011, Junior Service League - secretary for 2009-2010, Plainview Chamber of Commerce - Board of Directors for 2006-2010, Rotary Club - Board of Directors 2010, and a member of the First Baptist Church where she enjoys singing in the choir. The Streets have 3 grown children, Dusty, Travis, and JuLea Bouma. In her spare time, Kim enjoys golfing and spending time with her family. |

JOHNNY STREETJohnny Street is a graduate of Kress High School and earned his real estate license in October 2004. Johnny and his wife, Kim, opened their own company, Street Real Estate in January 2005. Johnny specializes in farm and ranch land and with over 25 years of farming experience, Johnny's farming background has been an essential part of his knowledge in selling farm and ranch land. You will enjoy working with Johnny, whether you are ready to sell or buy farm and ranch land. Johnny is a member of the First Baptist Church and the Plainview Country Club where he is a member of the Men's Golf Association. The Street's have 3 grown children, Dusty, Travis, and JuLea Bouma. JULEA BOUMAJuLea is a graduate of Plainview High School and attended Texas Tech University where she was on the Dean’s List. She is married to Brent Bouma. He is manager of Legacy Farms Diary. JuLea is a member of First Baptist Church and enjoys delivering Meals on Wheels. Her hobbies include any type of crafts, golf and she loves to watch and cheer for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Debbie Criswell is a graduate of Happy High School and of West Texas State University. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Biology and English. Later she obtained an Elementary Education certificate and English as a Second Language certificate. Debbie taught at Happy High School, Kress High School, and at all campuses in the Tulia Independent School District. She is currently teaching Anatomy and Physiology and Environmental Systems at Tulia High School and she coaches cross country, golf and basketball. Debbie is married to Mike Criswell. The Criswells have four children, Casey, Tate, Kelly and Reagan. All of their children are graduates of Tulia High School. Mike and Debbie attend First Baptist Church in Tulia where Debbie teaches Adult III Sunday School. Debbie recently attended Amarillo College earning her Real Estate License and is looking forward to serving the people of Swisher County and the surrounding areas. Debbie enjoys attending sporting events such as Texas Tech and WTAMU Football games. Her hobbies include golf, fly fishing, jogging and gardening.

Lynn Goddard was raised in Big Spring, Texas, received her journalism degree with a minor in government from Texas Tech University and obtained her Real Estate Broker license in June 2009.
Lynn is married to Gaylan and they have three daughters and two grandsons. Lynn has lived in Plainview for 30 years, where she has worked as office manager for a commercial real estate developer, working with leases and contracts in Texas and Oklahoma. She has also done free lance public relations and substitute teaching. Lynn was also a licensed Realtor in Yuma, AZ. Lynn is very active in the Plainview Association of Realtors, serving as a board member in 2007, vice-president in 2008 and president for 2009. She also received the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 2008. Lynn spearheaded the Llano Estacado Museum's unveiling of its mammoth exhibit, serves on the Plainview Symphony Board of Directors and is Secretary of the Plainview Cultural Arts Council. Lynn is also a member of St. Alice Catholic Church, Phi Mu sorority, TTU Alumni Association, P.E.O., and Omega Delphin Study Club. Lynn's past experience as a real estate agent in Arizona and working with a commercial developer in Plainview will be a great asset to her clients. A.B. Lyles has lived in the Kress-Plainview area since 1976 and was raised in the Turkey/Quitaque/Roaring Springs area. He is a former math teacher at P.I.S.D. for 23 years and has been involved in farming and agriculture.
A.B. graduated from WTA&M with a Bachelors of Science and Master of Education in Math. A.B.'s wife, Cheryl, is currently a Diagnostician and a former teacher for P.I.S.D. The Lyle's have two children, Amanda, an Electrical Engineer in Spokane, Washington and Aaron, a student at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Lyles is a member of the Texas State Teacher's Association, Amarillo Radio Control Society, Soaring Society of America, obtaining his pilot's license in 1990, and the Church of Christ. Codee Tye was born and raised in Plainview and graduated from PHS. She also attended Wayland Baptist University and Amarillo College and has several years of experience in interior designing. Codee and her husband, Brent, an insurance adjustor, have 3 children, Brooklyn, a sophomore at West Texas A & M, Kolton, a senior at PHS and Shadee who is in the 6th grade at Ash Elementary. Codee currently serves on the Plainview Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is a past member of the Plainview Symphony Guild and of the Plainview Jr. Service League.
