From I27 take FM 1541 (Cemetery Road) exit.  Continue on FM 1541 for 10 miles to FM 1151.  Turn east and go 15 miles and turn south on CR 3.  Go 4 miles and turn west on Joliet Rd. This is the southeast corner of the property.

From US 287, turn south on FM 2250 at Washburn.  Go 4 miles south and then continue on CR 3 for 4 miles.  Turn west on Joliet Road.
